- Lead the development and optimization of the guidance, navigation, and control system.
- Drive spacecraft concept and algorithm development, flight software implementation, and subsystem requirements development.
- Design and test detailed GNC systems, ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GNC solutions seamlessly into spacecraft design.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies to inform system enhancements.
- Master's or PhD degree in aerospace engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace projects, with a focus on guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Knowledge of control systems, orbital mechanics, and modeling and simulation techniques.
- Experience developing flight code for space or satellite applications.
- Previous experience in a startup or agile development environment.
