    Client Relations Assistant

    Primary Division: Baseball

    Primary Job Location: Chicago, IL

    Reports to: Director of Client Relations

    Job Status: Full Time, Salaried Exempt

    ISE seeks a passionate, dynamic and driven Client Relations Assistant in their downtown Chicago, IL office to support its baseball division and clients. This position will report to ISE's director of client relations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work cohesively with agents in support of ISE's client-centric mindset
    • Lead the day-to-day management of client relationships including, but not limited to, locating and securing spring training and in-season housing, securing and managing automobile transport and ordering, logging and tracking equipment
    • Management of concierge duties such as booking travel, transportation, and hospitality including restaurants, vacations and special events
    • Plan and host office event and recruiting meetings
    • Create, maintain and ensure accuracy of client files using CRM software
    • Support agents and entire division with day-to-day operations and administrative duties including ad hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of sports and a passion for baseball
    • Experience facilitating, supporting and managing relationships with high-profile athletes and agents
    • Strategic thinker with strong writing, communications and project management skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
    • Extremely organized with an acute attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Concur
    • Collaborative, team-oriented work style with ability to build effective business relationships
    • Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus

    Eligibility:

    • Associate degree with 1-3 years' relevant experience in client relations
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
