The city of Meckenheim with around 27,000 inhabitants is currently seeking a clerk (m/f/d) for the Department of Finance in Mer Rouge, LA.
Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing and maintaining a central controlling system for information, planning, and control to support the political committees and administrative management.

Developing and creating a central reporting system.
-
Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a needs- and goal-oriented cost and performance accounting system.
-
Conducting cost accounting through the creation of profitability calculations, fee requirement calculations, and operating statements.
-
Maintaining the product catalog and monitoring strategic/operational goals with key figures.
-
Assisting with budget planning and processing, including the preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements.

Supporting departments and staff units with financial and business management questions and topics.

Creating statistics.

Handling general administrative tasks.

Leading project work on various topics, such as the implementation of an e-invoice workflow.
