Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:
Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the projectCoordinate with necessary team membersDevelop and monitor project metricsParticipate in project coordination meetingsConduct project site visits if applicableConduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviewsDevelop cost estimatesPerform other duties as neededQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control, and project reportsStrong decision-making skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh proficiency with Microsoft ExcelAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPreferred QualificationsDegree in Construction or engineeringCertifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CSTAbility to interpret construction schedulesScheduling & schedule control experience.

The expected compensation range for this position is $80, $130,250.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
