    Our client is seeking a seasoned Attorney specializing in Plaintiffs' Class Action Litigation to join our dynamic team of legal professionals.

    This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes class action lawsuits, providing a platform to showcase your exceptional legal acumen, strategic thinking, and litigation skills.

    This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Civil Litigation, particularly in class action settings.

    The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients and a deep understanding of the complexities of class action litigation.

    Manage all aspects of complex class action litigation including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial execution.
    Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
    Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and positions.

    Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure the most effective representation for our clients.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates throughout the litigation process.

    Stay abreast of legal developments related to class action litigation and civil litigation more generally, and apply this knowledge to the benefit of our clients.

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Civil Litigation, with a focus on class action litigation.
    Proven track record of success in class action litigation, including substantial experience in discovery, motion practice, and trial.
    Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues and cases.
    Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
