    Description

    LHH is seeking a motivated Litigation Legal Assistant to join a leading law firm in Seattle, WA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment, once trained, you will be working 3 days in the client's office and 2 days remotely. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player. This position requires you to make well-reasoned, effective decisions while managing time to help support the firm's attorneys and clients. This firm is stable and has been around for 85+ years but they are currently growing and there is ample opportunity for professional career growth. They provide an excellent training program to set new hires up for success

    This law firm offers a comprehensive law firm benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, 401k, and more The anticipated salary of this position is $75,000-$85,000 a year.

    Responsibilities:

    Provides general office support for litigation attorneys

    Files legal documents, including e-filing in state and federal courts

    Organizes documents and research court files

    Formats briefings, pleadings, and other legal documents

    Monitors deadlines and maintains attorney's calendars

    Qualifications:

    5+ years' experience in civil litigation with

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Net Docs is a plus

    Proficient with Washington state and federal court rules and procedures

    Strong attention to detail

    Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Exceptional client service orientation
