We are actively seeking a talented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated legal team in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney specializing in personal injury law to play a key role in advocating for our clients and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive pre-litigation assessments of personal injury cases.
Work closely with clients to understand their injuries, damages, and potential legal claims.
Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
Negotiate with insurance companies to achieve fair settlements on behalf of clients.
Prepare demand letters, negotiate settlements, and handle pre-litigation dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Washington State Bar and in good standing.
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with a focus on pre-litigation matters.
In-depth knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
