- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including but not limited to direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online job boards.
- Write, post and maintain job descriptions for all open roles across the organization.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and employment law compliance.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
