    We are seeking a dynamic Experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. We are seeking candidates who will become members of our dynamic professional team, working both internally for Gap Internationals business, with opportunities to consult in our client system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including but not limited to direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online job boards.
    • Write, post and maintain job descriptions for all open roles across the organization.
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and employment law compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Expertise in leveraging recruitment technology and ATS, including advanced Greenhouse reporting for data-driven hiring decisions.
