    Smucker's Energy LLC is looking for an experienced & dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams.

    Our Ideal Director of Sales & Marketing :

    Experience:
    Several years ofmarketing & sales leadership experience is preferred.

    Analytical:
    Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    Ability to build rapport and influence others at all levels of the organization.

    Leadership-focused:


    Someone with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, drive results, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


    Attention to Detail:
    Able to manage a calendar of projects and keep all the moving parts in order

    Relational:


    Ability to build rapport with the team while also driving & motivating them to meet goals; must love people and have hard conversations in a caring way.

    What We Offer Our Director of Sales & Marketing:
    $75k-90k/year - DOE
    Health Insurance Reimbursement
