As part of our 2-year specialist trainee program, you will gain deep insights into our sales and marketing departments and be systematically prepared by experienced colleagues for your future role as a key account manager, product manager, export manager, specialist in customer management, etc.

These are your tasks

Your trainee journey begins in customer management, where you will get to know your internal and external contacts as well as our customers and processes.
Afterwards, you will take care of a sales region after a thorough training phase. This includes, for example, conducting market visits and supporting the optimal presentation of our products in the retail sector.
Next, you will move on to marketing, where you will gain deep insights into our national and international brands, conduct competitive analyses, and plan marketing activities together with your colleagues.
In addition, during the program, you will also go through product management in the export and private label sector.
Your trainee journey will end in key account management, where you will support the implementation of sales strategies and the realization of sales, revenue, and profit planning.
Your trainee program includes exciting seminars and projects, as well as a mentor who will support you with advice and assistance.
