    Paralegal / Legal Assistant

    CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal with litigation experience to join a reputable client based in Irving, TX. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing various legal tasks, including contract administration, document drafting, project management, and legal research. The Paralegal will contribute to the efficient functioning of the legal team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity with long-term potential and the opportunity to make your mark on a growing department that offers a cohesive culture and growth

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Paralegal certificate is preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate setting
    • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
    • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in response to changing demands
    • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion

    Compensation:

    • Employment Type: Temp to hire, Direct hire possible
    • Schedule: M-F – 8am-5pm
    • Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX. WFH Fridays
    • Benefits: offered through CornerStone while on contract and full comprehensive benefits offered once perm
