    Job Description

    The Training and Development Manager is responsible for managing the training and development all of company members.

    This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate our teams, as well as manages the tools for success, to include engagement surveys and performance reviews.


    Salary:
    $95k-$120

    K


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Design and develop training programs, onboarding plans, and materials aligned with

    organizational/department

    function goals and employee needs.
    Plan, organize, and facilitate employee training, including JANUS et Cie new hire orientation and JANUS immersion training.

    Regularly collaborate with company team leaders to understand specific skill requirements of their teams - identify gaps and implement training programs to help support and upskill the workforce.

    Identify new and creative ways to train our teams.
    Partner with parent company on HR training and engagement initiatives as needed, and support/facilitate requests from them as needed.
    Manage and execute annual engagement survey for the company.
    Manage compliance training through SAP/Member Central for the company.
    Manage mid-year and year end appraisal process for the company utilizing SAP/Member Central.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development in alignment with our company value. "we embrace continuous learning".
    Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of our JANUS training programs.
    Manage all online training tools and resources.
    Support our JANUS et Cie Summer Internship Program in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
    Act as a brand advocate and ambassador with local collages and universities.
    Assist the Vice President of Human Resources in additional projects as needed.
    Support with HR initiatives as needed.

    NONE

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
    Interacts with all levels throughout the organization including employees and outside vendors.


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

    BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
