We have a terrific new opportunity for a

Marketing Director

based in Marietta, GA As the Marketing Director, you will oversee all marketing functions and lead the strategic development aligning with the organization's vision.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop high-performance teams through education, coaching, and supervision.
Establish cross-functional relationships with Brand Managers and other teams to align marketing initiatives.
Plan, budget, and implement company marketing strategies.
Organize and lead the Marketing Strategy Committee.
Develop and execute annual Marketing Plan and Budget, tracking ROI results.
Ensure company marketing tools and strategies remain current.
Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and diagnostics.
Collaborate with Licensors' Marketing Teams to plan and execute brand marketing and promotion.
Assist in strategic planning for new business opportunities.
Communicate events and programs effectively internally and externally.
Manage relationships with marketing, advertising, and press agencies.
Execute PR efforts for trade and consumer entities across brands.
Supervise press releases for new product launches.
Develop and execute PR strategies and events.
Manage external PR or Agency firms.
Communicate PR efforts through emails, e-blasts, and newsletters.
Oversee the Marketing internship program, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
Update intern handbook as needed.
Manage digital marketing strategy and content development.
Identify content gaps and work with teams to develop relevant content.
Modernize digital content and branding.
Optimize digital analysis and reporting with actionable insights.
Select and manage agency usage and tools for SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Maintain brand equity across digital materials.
Support sales teams with product tools and content.
Stay updated on online media, technology, and competitive trends.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a director-level Marketing position
3+ years of experience in managing a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate across all departments clearly and effectively.
Willingness to occasionally travel as required.
Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to oversee projects from conception to completion.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business.
