    - 78 years old
    - with chronic respiratory failure, NSCLC, COPD, CHFrEF, OSA, AOCD, RICA occlusion, infra-renal aortic ectasia, HL, BPJ, and severe protein calorie malnutrition with BMI -15 Kg/m2

    Needs Help with:

    bathing
    - dressing
    - toileting
    - transferring
    - eating
    - active/passive exercises
    - assistance with medical equipment
    - routine health monitoring
    - specific household tasks to maintain environmental safety for the patient

    Schedule/Hours:
    - 28 hours/week
