We're seeking Home Health Aides who appreciate flexible schedules and can easily adjust to meet clients' needs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with activities of daily living. You will be flexible to cover shifts for other caregivers as needed, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.


The Home Health Floater position responsibilities include:

  • Opening new client cases and filling in for call-off.
  • Must be available anytime to cover calloffs
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Helping with mobility and transfers.
  • Run errands

Qualifications:


  • Must be a certified HHA or CNA.
  • Must have an active CPR (BLS preferably)
  • DSP experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to clients within Lake and Porter counties.
  • Must have reliable transportation, insurance, and a driver's license.
  • Flexibly cover shifts for other caregivers as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
  • Recent Twostep TB/PPD test or an equivalent blood test within the last year

Pay flat rate of
$45 dollars daily for being on call
PLUS an hourly rate of
$17/hr if called to pick up a shift.

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

  • On call

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
