Opportunità
La risorsa selezionata lavorerà all'interno del team Clinical Lab Operations, dedicato alla standardizzazione dei flussi e dei processi all'interno dei laboratori del Gruppo. All'interno di Cerba il Junior Lean Engineer sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
Conoscere e implementare le "best practice" di laboratorio all'interno degli HUB del gruppo e in quelli di nuova acquisizione, partecipando in quest'ultimo caso a un processo di integrazione più ampio e collaborando con un team cross-funzionale;
Conoscere i diversi LIS (Laboratory Information System) utilizzati in azienda ed accertarsi che le loro funzionalità siano in linea e coerenti con i processi operativi definiti, per garantire un'ottimizzazione dei flussi di laboratorio e delle tempistiche di refertazione;
Analizzare e misurare i KPI operativi degli HUB del gruppo, identificando potenziali inefficienze e immediati piani di risoluzione;
Fornire quotidiano supporto alle direzioni dei laboratori, facilitando una rapida comunicazione inter-funzionale che permetta di prendere rapidamente decisione strategiche inerenti all'esecuzione delle prestazioni.
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, con focus particolare su Operations e gestione della Supply Chain;
Forte attitudine al dialogo e all'ascolto dei colleghi, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare un approccio sintetico ai diversi problemi, capace di conciliare le diverse esigenze all'interno di gruppi di lavoro che comprendono competenze molto diverse;
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale:
