    Description
    Job Title: Quality Manager
    Location: Tulsa, OK

    *Must be prepared to travel 75%*

    Job Overview:
    • Will work with Quality Systems Manager to oversee Quality System on a daily basis.
    • Will travel to project sites to review/audit ongoing quality concerns.
    • Will also be responsible for document auditing and continuous improvement metrics.
    • This will also, include working with Construction Managers, Chiefs, Inspectors, Field Accountants and Document Control personnel to progress Facilities Construction Quality.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Work with Construction Chiefs, Managers and Field Accountants reviewing and performing Job Box Audits (Document Audits).
    • Review and understand Specifications for Construction.
    • Understanding of basic Quality Tools for Non Conformance Report Resolution: Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, 8-D and/or Fishbone) and Corrective/Preventative Action
    • Field Auditing (Process) with Project Inspectors.
    • Basic understanding of Cost of Poor Quality Calculations (COPQ)
    • Some experience in Lean Six Sigma helpful.
    Education/Experience:
    • Previous experience as a Quality Engineer I II, Quality Manager, Quality Inspector/Technician or Quality Auditor.
    • Requires minimum education of Associates Degree.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with strength in problem solving.
    • Quality Auditor Certification (ISO9001 or APQI) helpful but not mandatory
    • Quality Engineer Certification (ASQ) helpful but not mandatory.
    • Experience in the oil & gas industry.
