    Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within our Quality System, collaborating closely with the Quality Systems Manager? We are seeking a diligent Quality Systems Coordinator to enhance our Facilities Construction Quality, ensuring alignment with our high standards across numerous projects in Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, and other locations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work alongside Construction Chiefs, Managers, and Field Accountants to conduct thorough Job Box Audits and document audits.
    • Utilize basic Quality Tools for Non Conformance Report resolution including Root Cause Analysis techniques such as 5-Why, 8-D, or Fishbone.
    • Conduct field auditing with Project Inspectors and understand the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) calculations.
    • Leverage your knowledge in Lean Six Sigma to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Strong readiness to travel (75% of the time) to various project sites.
    • Robust interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Minimum of an Associate's degree.
    • Quality Auditor Certification (ISO9001 or APQI) and Quality Engineer Certification (ASQ) are preferred but not mandatory.
    • Experience in natural gas and familiarity with managing root cause analysis, corrective action, and nonconforming reporting are highly valued.
    • Computer literacy is a must, with training provided on client's systems.
