I currently serve as an RN care manager for primarily geriatric patients with complex medical conditions. In my current role I am able to provide not only medical support but spiritual support as well. I have been a registered nurse for 15 years. I received my masters degree in 2012 with a clinical nurse leader certification. I have completed facility specific stroke certification and completed multiple other trainings to enhance my nursing knowledge base. The most recent being Motivational Interviewing, which helps with getting patients to participate in their advancement toward health improvement.
