- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or English
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or PR
- Experience in B2B or professional services
- Team management experience in a corporate setting

Job Description:
HITT is in search of a dynamic, strategic, and seasoned Director of Communications to join the Marketing unit at Headquarters. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communication, this managerial role involves supervising multiple direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience, a keen interest in leveraging strategic communications to impact brand identity and organizational culture, and a solid track record in leading teams. They should be a proficient storyteller with the strategic insight to elevate HITT's brand, possess decision-making capabilities, and thrive in an innovative environment with a fast pace.
The Director of Communication is tasked with setting the communication strategy for the organization, spearheading omni-channel campaigns, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Marketing and Communication functions to achieve set objectives. They collaborate with internal creative teams, external agencies, and various leaders to coordinate comprehensive marketing strategies for key projects and campaign launches. The Director acts as a liaison between the brand, the creative department, digital marketing, and internal/external communications to enhance the experience for team members and clients alike. They are responsible for ensuring flawless delivery of corporate messaging, both internally and externally.
