Your responsibilities:

  • Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained store and a great shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
  • You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our store concepts
  • You also handle tasks such as inventory, cleaning, and organizing the stockroom

Your profile:

  • Experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some leadership experience, such as shift management
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
  • Fast and efficient work style
  • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

  • Aboveaverage starting wage of $14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
