As the right hand of the store manager, you will support and represent them.


Together with the store manager, the merchandise flow coordinator, and the administrative staff, you will form the management team of the store.

Hand in hand with the merchandise flow coordinator, you will organize the preparation of goods in the store warehouse.

You ensure optimal product presentation and the implementation of our advertising measures.

You ensure the impeccable appearance of the store.


In the absence of the store manager, you will create staff schedules to ensure that tasks are completed as a team.

You support the employees in their daily tasks.

You are a role model for the store team, leading and motivating them.

You have successfully completed your vocational training, preferably in retail.

You have professional and leadership experience in retail.

You are passionate about retail and enjoy working with people.

You have a natural ability for entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

You have strong communication skills.
