YOUR MISSION:


  • You provide excellent customer service and consistently implement it on the sales floor in line with PUMA values and established service standards
  • You ensure that, through effective customer service, your individual performance achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability goals
  • You ensure a fast, competent, secure, and accurate handling of sales transactions at the cash register
  • You ensure cleanliness and order in the store, as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA values
  • You are responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • You look for opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate them
