About Us:

We are a reputable sales company in the energy industry. Our main task is to professionally manage customer data and ensure a smooth transition to a new energy provider. We emphasize that we have a culture of presence and therefore do not offer remote work (no home office). The position must be carried out in our office in Karlsruhe.


Your main responsibilities with us:

Customer Data Management:


  • Enter new customer data into our database.
  • Update and maintain existing customer data.
  • Ensure that all customer data is correct and uptodate.

Support for our sales team:

  • Provide necessary documents and information for sales.
  • Create reports and overviews of sales performance.
  • Actively participate in planning and implementing sales campaigns.

Telephone follow-up:


  • Actively verify and validate customer data through phone calls.
  • Clarify customer inquiries about the energy provider switching process.
  • Record customer feedback and forward it to the appropriate departments.

General office and administrative tasks:

  • Regular correspondence with customers and business partners.
  • Creation and verification of invoices.
  • Prompt and professional handling of inquiries by phone or email.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in inside sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
