Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the Finance Department
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience
- Open to new tasks and responsibilities
- High willingness to learn, organizational skills, and systematic work approach
- Reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Independent work style and flexibility
- Wellgroomed appearance, good manners, discretion, and loyalty
Your Responsibilities
- Processing and booking invoices
- Bank transactions and account reconciliation
- Support in creating monthly and annual financial statements
- Handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable
