Special Needs Caregiver (m/f/d) Shift Work

Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Your Responsibilities
- Completed training in one of the abovementioned fields or a comparable qualification
- Experience in integration assistance
- Experience in documentation and reporting
- Willingness to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on the needs of the clients
- Enjoyment in promoting selfdetermination and autonomy
- A respectful and respectful view of people
- Commitment and empathy
- Good communication skills and creativity
What You Bring
- You have completed training as a special needs caregiver or educator or a similar pedagogical qualification
- Respectful and empathetic handling of challenging situations and interest in intensive relationship work
- A good sense of empathy for the individual needs of the clients, as well as patience and a sense of creative problemsolving
- You stand for commitment, responsibility, empathy, and teamwork
- You bring a lot of creativity and flexibility, have a high level of social competence and communication skills
- Willingness to work in 3shift
