- Facilitate automation of manual reporting processes by developing ETL packages and deploying them to Production to run on a regular schedule.
- Analyze different data sources to identify new opportunities for building end-to-end solutions in the reporting database.
- Support and maintain the integrity of the reporting database by adhering to the industry standards when developing database objects.
- Participate in peer review for code deployments, QA, and UAT by team members when promoting their tasks to production.
- Develop financial and operational KPI dashboards and visualizations in Tableau based on the business requirements.
- Mentor and train junior associates on the databases and applications developed to support the business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex data warehouse architecture and create mapping documents for developers with data definition and system capabilities.
- Five (5) years of experience with SQL Server Database programming (TSQL).
- Three (3) years of experience with reporting tools including SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Two (2) years experience with ETL tools including SQL Server Integration Services and Informatica.
- Two (2) years experience with job schedulers including Tidal, Control-M, and SQL Agent.
- Two (2) years experience with source control tools including Subversion, Bitbucket, and Team Foundation Server.
- Four (4) years experience with software development life cycle deployments using Agile methodologies including Scrum, DevOps, and Kanban.
- Two (2) years of experience with workflow automation platforms including JIRA and ServiceNow.
