    The Headlines:

    In the role of Chain Sales Manager working with C Stores in Great Lakes region you will be part of the Great Lakes Sales Team. You will lead, motivate, and coordinate the sales team for chain retailers to help put our beverages into the fridges of delighted consumers everywhere.

    This position reports to the Regional Director of Chain Accounts and works closely with Distributors, Internal Distributor Sales team, Category Management partners and the Regional Marketing team.

    This position can be located in any major Great lakes City.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
    • Leading a team accountable for designated retailer or channel volume, profit, and share performance through strategic customer partnership
    • Coaching your team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be first choice for our customers and consumers
    • Brewing strong customer relationships with executives and providing thought leadership on industry/category dynamics and retail execution
    • Building collaborative relationships both inside and outside of the company

    The Other Qualifications:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in sales and key accounts management
    • You have at least 7 years experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries
    • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
    • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
    • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
    • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
