    Description
    The objective of th Construction Projecect manager is to oversee projects by planning, executing, and monitoring the build. They also ensure timeline targets and budgets are met.

    Our client is a well respected General Contractor based in the Colorado Springs area with 35% of their projects located in Denver.

    Their project base includes multifamily, healthcare, education, religious, large venue, and other commercial construction.
    Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
    Review project plans and specifications. Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals
    Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly
    Adhere to project scheduling
    Continually grow with the industry as building systems, materials and methods innovate
    Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets
    Qualified Construction Project Manager Candidate will have the following:
    ~3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $5-30M+ in value
    ~ Knowledgeable in construction scheduling software and Windows applications
    ~ Ability to manage multiple projects

    Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance.
