- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across North America and Latin America.
- Lead the exploration and penetration of new markets, with a keen focus on the airline, rail, cruise lines, and sports team sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to market expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies and product development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business leads.

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on the airline industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the North American and Latin American markets, with experience navigating cultural and business nuances.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North and Latin America to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 plus performance-based commissions.

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our expansion and growth efforts in North America and Latin America.
