As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers, as well as closing sales.
Job Description :
Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle optionsSales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the vehicles and technologySales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading featuresComplete quotes and explain optionsFollow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemailFollow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leadsOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsCorrespond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sellMaintain a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and servicesMeet and maintain sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivityMaintain a professional and approachable appearanceExemplify exceptional customer service skills and exhibit a high level of customer satisfactionValid U.S.
