    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a preference for those with in-home sales experience. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their high standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-home sales presentations and consultations to potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable paint products and services.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience; in-home sales experience is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of the paint industry or willingness to learn.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
