What You'll Be Doing
You'll develop and manage great relationships with motor dealers who will regularly introduce customers to us.
You'll be able to easily explain the Vision product offering and processes, creating excitement and urgency.
You'll oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads through to each motor dealer regularly introducing customers.
You'll generate new leads through cold calling prospective motor dealers, as well as working with marketing qualified leads.
You'll be the voice of the motor dealers to ensure that any necessary product improvements and features are identified and implemented.
You Should Apply IfYou're a B2B salesperson with a proven track record of success. Previous motor finance or automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
You're a highly motivated, goal orientated individual with a passion to succeed in hitting and exceeding targets.
You are a proactive problem solver with an eye for detail, have the mindset of a self-starter to give the very best service to all our customers.
You're passionate about working with and understanding customers and how our products and services can help them.You enjoy collaborating with other teams including product marketing, dealmaking and product development to get the very best results possible.
You think strategically and can see beyond the day-to-day activities to understand how what you're doing helps Vision reach its ultimate goals, increasing sales and creating a stronger brand.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (all start-ups can be scrappy at times), re-planning and reprioritising frequently to make sure we're delivering the right work at the right time.
