    Description

    Global Mfg client is seeking a Senior Project / Process Engineer. Position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all project-based engineering needs at the site. 10% travel required (US only).

    Required Experience:

    • BS ChemE required
    • 8+ years in engineering with prior work in dev/design of processes & equipment for chemical manufacturing
    • Led at least 1 capital project. Familiar with sizing and specification of process equipment and materials.
    • PLC and DCS controls
    • Worked in PSM and/or RMP environments
    • Ability to manage and/or support multiple projects at once. TEAM PLAYER

    Duties:

    • Mentor junior engineers
    • Monitor project status & complete corrective actions as needed (scheduling, budget, quality, etc.)
    • Provide updates to all stake-holders
    • Prepare process designs (heat & material balance, PFDs, P&IDs, etc.)
    • Develop processes, sequence of ops, and control strategies
    • Identify process improvements
    • Participate in Process Hazard Analysis activities.

    Compensation

    • $115-145k base + bonus
    • Benefits = 401k savings, tuition reimbursement
