    We are developing and scaling a manufacturing process on the edge of science. Rangeview needs somebody that is obsessed with commercializing novel processes, and dreams about the future of manufacturing. You make it work in the lab, then scale to the production floor.

    Responsibilities

    • Productionize a novel manufacturing process
    • Work with production floor staff for continuous improvement
    • R&D on custom SLA ceramic reins
    • Scale material and process to production volumes
    • Development of process
    • Printing, cleaning, debinding, sintering
    • Quality control of resin/parts
    • Diagnose and solve production issues

    Experience

    • 3 years experience in material development, formulation, or process engineering
    • Degree in Material Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or evidence of exceptional ability
    • Experience in both R&D and production environments
    • Experience procuring equipment and working with suppliers
    • Experience with materials characterization
    • Strong materials science fundamentals
    • DOE Methods

    Multipliers

    • Experience with formulation of non-aqueous suspension
    • Experience with debinding and sintering processes for ceramics
    • Experience with Ceramic SLA
    • Experience with investment casting
    • Experience with DVLO/slurry stability theory
    • Worked for a high-growth tech company / start-up
    • Led teams
