These are your responsibilities:

  • Your main tasks include supporting the creation, standardization, and systematization of terms and conditions, contract templates, and standard clauses for our various group companies and application areas.
  • You will review the legality of standard clauses.
  • You will assist in reviewing confidentiality agreements with our business partners.
  • Researching and compiling legal information on current topics or draft laws that are relevant to our company are also part of your duties.
  • You will assist in compiling and developing training materials on general legal topics.
This is what you bring to the table:

  • You are studying law or business law (with a focus on civil/commercial law) in an advanced semester.
  • You have an interest in commercial legal matters and working in an international corporation.
  • You have a strong proficiency in common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have experience in researching legal topics and show interest in current legal policy developments and issues.
  • Your strengths include reliability, teamwork, and a systematic and goaloriented work style.
