We are looking for support for our team in the field of Human Relations at our Babenhausen location, starting in September 2024, particularly in the areas of student support and international personnel management.

As part of a 6-month internship (a combination of mandatory and voluntary internships is also possible), we offer you the attractive opportunity to combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with various practical aspects.

The following tasks are the focus of this position:
  • Managing the posting of open student positions, including coordination and communication with departments/applicants
  • Supporting students at the location (processing and securing contract changes, organizing introductory events)
  • Corresponding with foreign HR business partners, employees, and managers
  • Compiling relevant applications and documents for the employment agency and immigration office
  • Participating in all HR core processes (recruiting, development, compensation & benefits, delegation)
  • Independently handling various tasks in close collaboration with HR business partners

Your profile
  • Student in business, humanities, social sciences, or a related field of study
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Enjoy communication, planning, and organizational skills
