    Key Responsibilities

    Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems with limited to no supervision.

    Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers

    Specify the development of, design, or modify engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of complex scope.

    Interface with internal and external customers regarding wide range of complex mechanical issues for specific project

    Implements concepts for range of complex product issues and solutions.


    May be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.

    Establishes standards across all operational processes. Serves as technical expert on specialized projects or programs.

    Generate product specifications.

    Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports. Specify and review engineering documentation. Specify or perform engineering analysis of complex scope with limited to no supervision.

    Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.

    Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action.

    Support product development and improvement teams by sourcing new technologies from qualified suppliers. Proliferate learnings across the suppliers.

    Evaluates supplier change notification and qualifies changes, as needed. May maintain component data management system including qualification records/results/documentation.

    Drive FA end to end and APS 8D RCCA for customer escalations.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's in Mechanical or Material Science, Masters is Preferred

    7 year of experience in quality, mechanical tooling, or related field

    Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

    Semiconductor industry experience preferred

    S Salary Range:
    $104, $143,000.00


    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.

    In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.


    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
