Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our IT team. As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our internal staff and external clients. Also, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, and other related applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization's digital transformation initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, groups, and licenses.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Configure and optimize security settings, including conditional access policies and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and support various productivity applications.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Strong experience with MS365 Suite and related applications.
Understanding of basic IT security and networking is a plus.
Familiarity with big ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot etc) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
