    JOB SUMMARY:


    Under supervision, the role involves providing executive support and office administration to key Corporation Directors and Managers.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    - Supervising staff, prioritizing work, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a safe work environment.
    - Evaluating staff performance, identifying training needs, and implementing workflow improvements.
    - Creating and maintaining policies, legal documentation, contracts, and other documents.
    - Providing guidance to administrative staff.
    - Coordinating a variety of tasks including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
    - Managing communication inquiries and complaints.
    - Representing the Corporation in meetings.
    - Maintaining appointment calendars and travel arrangements.

    OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

    - Occasionally performing additional duties aligned with essential job functions.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Preferred Education and Experience:


    - Holding a Bachelor's degree.
