    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist. You will play a crucial role in providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department. In this dynamic position, you will handle various data entry tasks that impact departments, agencies, and employees across the organization.

    As the Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing confidential information essential for critical labor, fiscal, and resource decisions. Your meticulous attention to detail will be key as you maintain official records and verify the accuracy of submitted documents.

    Additionally, you will be the point of contact for processing transaction records, confidential documents, and reports, ensuring clear communication and timely distribution.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; associate degree in public administration, human resources management, or related field preferred.
    • 2+ years' experience in human resources preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
