Position Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Danville, Virginia area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities in activities of daily living.
Provide ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
