Role Overview: We're currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves working within a school environment, delivering essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned OT or a recent graduate, we invite you to apply and be part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and functional skills.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
