    Our advanced Technology capability delivers cutting-edge, high-impact digital products and platforms by bringing or core offerings to bear. These offerings include marketing technology strategy, platform and tool recommendations, fullstack software/platform development, quality assurance, business analysis, and managed services.

    We have strategic partnerships with the world's leading marketing and technology companies that allow us to leverage the top platforms and tools for our clients. Through collaborating with Digital Strategy, Experience Design, Creative, Data and Analytics, Project Management, and Account teams, our technologists are paving the way for innovation and transforming the marketing landscape. You'll be working with a diverse group of highly qualified people with various backgrounds, who bring qualities such as intellectual curiosity, determination, and creativity to our client work.

    We're searching for a Director, Technology (Business Analysis) to provide business analysis support (including requirements gathering and technical documentation), as well as supporting highly dynamic and complex martech and data-driven digital projects / initiatives through their complete lifecycle delivering transformative success for our clients. You'll play a leading role with both technical and non-technical teams by providing technology education, perspectives, recommendations and clearly communicate how they affect the holistic project.

    The ideal candidate will have a collaborative nature and strong work ethic. Someone who can gather, digest, and translate technical requirements, clearly and succinctly communicate ideas, decisions, and reasoning to both a technical and a non-technical audience, and who has a self-driven desire to keep abreast of the latest sites, gadgets, trends, and innovations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading all aspects of technical discovery, strategy, definition, and delivery of client projects that includes:
    • Requirements gathering through analysis of the project goals and the client's digital ecosystem, background research, and working sessions/interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Help lead initial project discovery phase including, facilitating workshops, synthesizing findings and creation of potential paths to success in collaboration with other DH capabilities.
    • Building client relationships and trust and act as an extension to their team
    • Conducting client walkthroughs of requirements, technology recommendations/POVs and/or live demonstrations of working functionality and capturing feedback.
    • Partner with client & project teams to define product roadmaps
    • Auditing and analysis of technologies and vendors under consideration for project solutions.
    • Ensuring any necessary Governance or Compliance regulations are considered and followed
    • Communicating requirements and functional specifications as well as responding to requests for clarification and deeper analysis with the Engineering Team
    • Partnering with the QA team by reviewing and providing feedback on test cases, logging, and triaging defects as well as keeping documentation up to date as discrepancies are identified
    • Guiding User Experience (UX) designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters in the detailed design phase of projects and providing concise accurate feedback to help align with the requirements.
    • Educating others on industry best practices for business analysis, product management and technology as well as staying current on emerging digital technologies and trends to support your analysis and client discussions.
    • Contributing to the Business Analysis practice and the Technology capability's continuous improvement activities by bringing innovative ideas to the table
    • Staying current on emerging digital marketing technologies, best-practices, and trends
    • Aiding in managing and developing the capability to adapt to changing environments and needs and drive and coach teams to successful solutions and continuous skill development and growth
    • Help grow and nurture our talent by identifying areas of opportunity and growth.

    Qualifications

    To qualify, you'll need:

    • 7+ years of experience working in a Digital/Technical Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
    • 7+ years of experience working on technology-based projects.
    • 2+ years of experience in delivering enterprise omni-channel connected marketing solutions and experiences
    • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business or Technology related discipline required.
    • Extensive knowledge of digital technology such as: content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, customer data platforms (CDP, systems integration, website analytics, marketing automation, native apps, social media, programmatic and predictive media.
    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Acquia and Salesforce cloud solutions a plus
    • Extensive knowledge of website and software development process: discovery, design, build, test/QA, deployment, measurement, and optimization.
    • Experience working on large complex projects with multiple teams, timelines, and dependencies required.
    • An ambitious approach to learning on the job as well as completing formal training to develop your skill set.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to support interaction with a variety of team members at different seniority levels and varying degrees of technical understanding.
    • Experience working directly with senior level clients to gain trust and establish rapport for business analysis and product management work required.
    • Outstanding technical documenting skills particularly with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio (or like diagramming tool) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
    • Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) required.
    • Experience working with remote teams in different time zones required.
    • Ability to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • To be a highly motivated individual with a strong record of professional achievement
    • Agile methodology training and/or experience a plus
    • Project management training and/or experience a plus
    • Creative agency experience a plus
    • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
    • Candidate must be open to travel as needed

    Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
