    Description

    TBG is currently partnered with a quick serve restaurant (QSR) chain in New Jersey that is growing rapidly and is in need of an IT Director. They are looking for candidates from the Dallas Fort Worth metro area who can occasionally travel to the NJ office. Having experience with QSR and restaurant POS systems (not retail) is a must for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily support for the corporate technical environment and establish new policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to implement and maintain new technology.
    • Assist in selecting a new POS system for implementation and oversee all system maintenance and improvements.

    Required Experience:

    • Previous experience offering sole support for a corporate office with 50+ employees.
    • Experience in transitioning from Google Suite to MS365 and introducing new policies and procedures to enhance the technical setup.
    • Expertise in deploying, managing, and upgrading POS systems for a minimum of 75 locations with data integration.
    • Proficiency in scripting for automation in M365, Windows, Excel, etc.

    This position involves some travel to Monmouth County, NJ.

    Significant experience in QSR and POS systems is necessary for consideration.
