The Renewal Specialist is a strategic thinker who will partner with our internal sales team and external clients to maximize renewals, identify new business opportunities in the renewal process, and innovate the way Ensono approaches renewable opportunities.
In this role, you will:
+ Work with sales account managers and customers to maximize Ensono performance on renewals and help drive sales. + Support the renewal governance process by consolidating relevant data and working with the sales and support teams on a strategy to drive the best outcome. + Proactively consult with customers and collaborate with sellers to close renewal opportunities. + Identify new business opportunities in the renewal process by consulting with sellers, consultants, solution architects, and product specialists. + Develop innovative new ways to reach renewal opportunities. + Assist with base account growth whitespace initiatives.
