    Division: Student Services

    The Human Resources Department is in search of a highly detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, and efficient in their work.

    Given the nature of the tasks involved, maintaining confidentiality is crucial due to handling sensitive information.

    This position is exclusively available for eligible CCA students. If unsure of eligibility, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office.

    If you are not a qualified CCA student, your application will not be considered.


    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • File and Scan documents into electronic management system or BDM.
    • Review and compare electronic files with physical files to ensure accurate scanning.
    • Assist with transcript acceptance and printing.
    • Greet visitors in a friendly manner.
    • Map job descriptions in NeoEd system.
    • Assist in departmental and college-wide events.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Works efficiently and accurately.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Highly motivated and proactive.
    • Dependable and reliable.
    • Good computer skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have completed FAFSA.
    • Enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours.
    • Not yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree.
    • Must be in an eligible program of study.
