    Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant at Andrews Transportation Group

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential customers via various communication channels.
    • Lead customers through the complete sales process, from initial interaction to vehicle delivery.
    • Showcase comprehensive knowledge of all company offerings, services, and add-ons.
    • Conduct high-quality demonstrations of both new and used vehicles in a professional manner.
    • Devise effective strategies to address sales objections.
    • Provide updates to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
    • Comprehend basic financing and additional financial services.
    • Regularly follow up with customers to ascertain ongoing satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements within the automotive sector.
    • Collaborate efficiently with other departments and dealership personnel.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently with a positive demeanor.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in general automotive sales.
    • Preference for GM sales experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
    • Capacity to grasp new products and services quickly.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and professional skills.
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.
    • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background verification and drug screening.
