- Provide updates to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
- Comprehend basic financing and additional financial services.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ascertain ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements within the automotive sector.
- Collaborate efficiently with other departments and dealership personnel.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently with a positive demeanor.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in general automotive sales.
- Preference for GM sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Capacity to grasp new products and services quickly.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and professional skills.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background verification and drug screening.
