    Description

    Solomon Page has partnered with a successful organization in the Construction industry seeking a talented Senior Accountant to start right away.This role is on a hybrid schedule based out of downtown Dallas.(Please note, the candidate must be local to Dallas). The role will be Temp to Perm, starts ASAP, and comes with an impressive compensation plan.

    • Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with month end close
    • Managing job costing
    • Oversee contracts, change orders and purchase orders
    • Prepare cost accounting documents for external auditors
    • Analyze capitalization of costs
    • Ensure financial compliance of projects
    Required Qualifications:
    • Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • At least 5 years of construction accounting experience
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple properties (high volume)
